Bringing A Little Sci Fi Back To My Hometown
In the same spirit as our online LockDownCon that we hosted during the first two years of the pandemic, I'm organizing a simple, old school science fiction convention for my hometown of Sand Springs, Oklahoma. This one-day event, modelled after our high school science and science fiction club OVNI, will host several panels, an art show, a retro 80s fandom display, and lots of other geeky fun not only for my former classmates but for our surrounding fan community of northeastern Oklahoma.
